A new retailer is opening in Terry that adds to the boutique niche that has emerged in the town over the last couple of years. Creative Cottage is a new endeavor from owner Janet Loomis. Loomis already had a busy life as the wife of a corrections officer, parent to three grown children and four younger adopted children, as well as numerous foster children.
